Cycle the WAVE

Eastside Domestic Violence Program, Rising Star Guild, and Lakemont Ladies Cycling Club are teaming up for Cycle the WAVE (Women Against Violence Anywhere), which is an all-women’s bike ride to benefit the Eastside Domestice Violence Program.

Cycle the WAVE(Women Against Violence Everywhere), is a non-competitive bicycle ride through Bellevue, Issaquah, South King County, Maple Valley, Renton, and Newcastle. The ride was created by women who are passionate about cycling, friendship, fitness, and the desire to make a difference.

With three ride options, the 25 mile Girly Girl, the 40 mile Middle Sister, and the 62 mile Burly girl, there is a ride suitable for women at all fitness levels.

You can register for the ride at Active.com, check out upcoming training rides and workshops here, and read more about the event at CycletheWAVE.com.
